  2. Thanks to my hilarious taste in music when I was in year 8, alongside English Ext. 1, I think I can try without being tempted to cheat. :D

    1. Blake -key word: 'cart'
    2. Metal - Sounds lame and metalhead-like.
    3. Blake - Even metalheads know that hell is bad. :P
    4. Blake - This is from the Marriage of Heaven and Hell...I think.
    5. Metal - 'He hasn't come back.' is a bit awkward and clunky for Blake.
    6. Blake - Metalheads don't know what 'profligacy' means, generally.
    7. Blake - 'archangel' and 'heavenly' don't fit into the metal genre.
    8. Metal - 'No man will be perditioned for all time' --I rarely see perdition used that way. It seems weird, and Blake was too Christian to oppose something so fundamental to Christianity as eternal suffering for those in hell who have not received redemption.
    9. Could be either...I'll go with Blake. 'Nurse' is too nice a word for metal lyrics.
    10. Metal -- Just doesn't sound very Romantic to me.

  3. LOL. I post after sitting here, scrutinizingly picking at the phrasing and diction for 20 minutes, and find that you put up the answers. And, aw shucks, I got one wrong. :/ I need to stop generalising.

  5. Haha, my huge-metalhead-guitar-fanatic phase has taught me well. And never again will I venture into those murky depths of rock music. >.> Except when I'm reminiscing the good times when Gab and I used to air-guitar to everything we listened to. *embarrassed*
